I am sure we've all seen words such as Fuck Off printed on T shirts but as for me I can't recall seeing any on speedo bums (though an images check may now be necessary as you raise the question).
I would not be brave enough to wear such a suit but I did once see a guy with a tattoo at the base of his spine saying "pleasure" and with downward-pointing arrow.
