They discovered Viagra by accident at the Pfizer plant in Sandwich, Kent (my county) here in England.
The drug was supposed to do something else but male test subjects found themselves having massive day long erections that they were unable to control.
It is safe unless you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it is even available on the NHS on a one pill per week basis.

Erectile dysfunction should not be the end of your sex life, if you are gay you may become a passive, if straight and married continue a sensually tactile relationship and maybe use toys on each other.
