Unless you go swimming together before the trip, when the time came to go to the beach or pool, I would just pop into my swimsuit and be yourself. I would keep the style to a regulat swim brief cut, not too revealing, and certainly not a thong or pouch cut. Be confident and casual, it won't be an issue. Who knows, she might like you in them so much it leads to activities beyond swimming and sunshine.

I wish I had the guts to do that. That is the kind of person I would like to be. But I've always been shy. I have a speedo "the one brief" in navy blue that looks great on, it is extremely flattering, dosen't show too much but just enough. Very sporty looking. I do swim almost every day. So I'm in pretty good shape. To be honest I think even the board shorts or trunk type could be swayed over.
