As the season continued on, the boys continued to occasionally get together to “practice” in their speedos learning some control (which as adults we know as edging). Timmy continued in his growth spurt through that year and the weight lifting and other exercise the Coach put them through were having a very positive impact on Timmy’s swimming endurance, speed and also his upper body musculature.
