Had exactly that one myself once and wore it 'till black eventually faded to light gray - guess it must be the old answer to you to scan Ebay.....
You make an interesting point - the Speedo arrowhead is I believe supposed to represent a boomerang.
When I researched it in the past the nearest I could find was the old
Speedbird of Imperial Airways (still the call sign for BA pilots to this
day). Here it is on an old BOAC VC10:
