This is one of those great mysteries of being a human being, and Joe, Bill, Tony and Donovan are finding themselves right in the middle of it. Herein also might be the key to understanding an important element of how human sexuality works at its most basic level, straight, gay or somewhere in between. The picture we have here is of four college-age guys working out at the student gym, all wearing snug-fitting clothing, clothing that might instantaneously reveal what is happening with their anatomy. For each, a significant erection is going to be quite obvious as the outline will clearly show to everyone seeing them at the gym.

Even more fascinating is the idea that without an erection, if the guy is at all sexually focused, drops of precum are going to be forming, drops that have no place to go except to form a wet stain on the snug-fitting Lycra/Spandex garments. No wait, Joe and Bill are wearing their straps and cups under their compression shorts. This should prevent stains from forming even while creating an interesting shape under the Lycra where their penises should be. But what about Tony and Donovan? What, if anything are they wearing underneath their rowing singlets? Good question! This deserves further “research” for sure.

Some guys are perhaps secretly “interested” in all of this and in particular what is going on in the heads and bodies of the other guys wearing snug-fitting garments, but other guys claim not at all. I think that this all has to do with the straight-gay continuum of human sexuality. The guys at the far straight end of the straight side at least claim that what is going on this the guys around them in these respects, and only get sexual pleasure in relation to the female anatomy.

But other guys might not be as certain. How would you react if you had observed that a college buddy wearing a wrestling singlet or compression short was clearly staining them with drops of precum. If you were wearing similar garb, would what you are wearing remain unstained if you KNEW this was happening to your college bud. (How do you react to noticing that your male college bud was masturbating while lying in the dorm bed across the room from you? Is this a turn-on for you or are you somehow offended?) What if both of you are claiming to be straight? Is your reaction to want to go into masturbation mode yourself, or not? Quite a dilemma to deal with, for sure.

Maybe this whole subject of what is straight versus gay versus someplace in between not clear at all. Maybe only a few of the guys who claim to be perfectly straight are truly unaffected by what is going on with the males at the gym around them. Maybe none? Maybe most, if absolutely not every guy, would at least secretly “enjoy” finding themselves in the situation Tony, Donovan, Bill and Joe now find themselves in studying each other and what is happening to their bodies. Maybe nearly every guy has a secret “gay” side in this respect, a side that reveals a sexual fascination in certain aspects of other guys. Meanwhile, I am unable to imagine any guy who claims to be even a little gay not enjoying the situation of the four.

These are not dumb questions for sure. They are profound questions. Ponder them.
