Don't see any reason it wouldn't be, unless it's see through when wet (Doesn't look like it would be though)
(This is in response to the poster's original question, about the appropriateness of a specific suit for a public pool. To his new question, the answer is that I have never really counted how many suits I have, and there are some I wear much more than others, but I do try to wear them all at least occasionally)
