Jerry, Japan Swimsuit Shop sells them, as does Mizugi on Global Rakuten.

Tomsports Japan also has a range of brands from Mizuno, Speedo, and even Tyr. It seems they are out of the Asics, though. I haven't gotten a reply back as to when they will restock their Asics swim briefs.
