The Wikipedia article on Li Ning (company) lists Troy Dumais and David Boudia as Diver athletes with contracts. Given that Steele Johnson is working with and something of a prodegy of David Boudia, its not surprising that he was wearing Li Ning suits.

I dont think this is a Li Ning suit but a Speedo.

Li Ning aapears to still be operating in hina, but its the international effort to take on Adidas and Nike directly that has apparently gotten them into financial problems.

For the moment at least, you are seeing the US version of Tom Daley the focus being on the 2016 olympics. Steele is a gifted but otherwise normal teenager.

The two seem to be the same.
The grey/black suit is a neat design and clearly says Li-Ning and USA
(and the red fronted one briefly (pun intended) appears at the end and, with its blue back,
he is climbing a tree).
