I'm going to be in Seattle for work and have some free time. Are there any good spots to wear a Speedo and get some sun (when it's out :) ).

Try Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill, or Madison Park down the hill on Pike Street. Either place, you should be able to find Speedo-wearing company. (At least, as I remember it)
