eBay Not Allowing "Used" Anymore?

In any of you-all's latest "purge", Have you noticed that eBay no longer allows "used" swimwear? Even though their policy says it's allowed (see: restricted...but not "not allowed"
Are you just putting New Without Tags and mentioning it in the Description?

I just checked an eBay search. Chose "clothing accessories" category. entered "mens swim briefs". When that list came up there was a "pull down" titled "Condition" . I clicked on "Previously Owned" and listings for over 1000 suits came up.

Maybe it's just an Australia thing. It's not an option at ebay.com.au

Though it looks like others are selling as "New without tags"
