Not much to translate, the pictures do speak for themselves, but "al fiume" means "to the river". More colloquially we would probably say "on the river".

Yes, we see no shirts whilst the team relaxes at the river but on the pitch I am sure we would see the red and blue of Associazione Sportivo Taranto - an Italian football (soccer) club formed in 1904 and in Divisione A of the Lega Pro Prima.

Nice pics... I like how the guy in shorts rolls them up to look like a brief in one of the photos... peer pressure at its best.
