Trouble with the puzzles

Hi I want to make some puzzles, but they seem to direct my photos to eight.flash-gear and it doesn't get uploaded. Do you guys have any workaround for this?

I had that happen to a few of my photos. I made a copy at a reduced size (keeping the original at full-size), and it worked fine
