Vacation Speedo
 

I usually read more than I ever post on here, but I'm proud to say that today I went tubing on a river in just speedos and water shoes! I don't mind wearing them at the pool for laps, but when it comes to just wearing them in public I shy away from it, at least until today.

Where was the first vacation you can remember wearing speedos in public?

A cruise in Caribbean, I was one of a few. Good for you, Speedofarmboy.

I wear them whenever I am swimming. For their practical use not the thrill,

I wore Speedo (types)whenever I swam since my pre-teen years.

But one time I strongly remembered, I was on a Carnival cruise. Wearing a gold color bikini. Since there were too many passengers on the deck, no chairs were available. I had to either walk or stand. That's a chance to model of my bikini. I had many positive comments and a few wifes were asking me for where to purchase the suit. I was gladly given out and wrote down the brand website.

Quite a complement for certain.

My first time wearing them on vacation was after I lost most of my weight. My family came to cruise with me (I was working on a cruise ship) and we went to St. Marteen. Orient bay is a clothing optional beach, but most people just wear really skimpy swimsuits...that's where I had my vacation speedo debut.

That being said, I was on swimteam in high school (which I should have stuck with), and wore them sporadically at my parent's lake house...but now I wear them exclusively.
