I had to find a larger version of the picture to tell... but it almost looks like this Speedo Endurance Powersprint brief.

I believe it was popular about 2-3 years ago. That was back when I was first getting into swimming and started shopping for Jammers.. I seemed to see this print on lots of results. Since it has been a while, this print seems to be harder to find, now.
