Miscellaneous Short Shorts And Speedos Too

There was a "No Pants Day" here in San Francisco and here are the pics:

Actually, for those around in the pre 90's era, this was a no big dealer because in the 1980s, men were in plain old garden variety short shorts and no one would notice.
