Anyone know which brand suit this is? Tight, smooth fitting, small and low rise - what I'm looking for. Interesting pattern also.

what is it?

The mysteries are piling up - but add me to that question too.
I think I saw it in a blog somewhere recently and thought not
worth trying to trace as it must be custommade with that
fantastic print (then again it could be a club creation and
there is an undecipherable square logo of some sort at the
left hip - and what also is that black armband for?)

Armband

Would mean someone in mourning-probably for a family member-an old and formal tradition.

mourning

Yep - used to seeing that on clothing - on sleeve of jacket etc. - but not direct to the body.
In football (soccer) the armband on the jersey indicates the captain of the team.
I am guessing here that this guy with this particular stance is first in a posed line-up (there is another guy close to his left side) and so team captain of something (black would indicate mourning but here I would guess again that there is the coincidence of the team color - there being black in the speedo and swimcap). A sign in the distance might help with location but too vague to read unfortunately.

It's possible the black armband was a sign of solidarity for a swim team that was being abolished. A large university near me abolished its swim team two years ago, and during their last year of competition, many of the opposing teams wore such armbands as a sign of mourning for the loss of a rival team.

The square logo might well be Hard Core Sport. https://hxcsport.com
They make "narrow" and "mid" cuts, this looks like narrow.
