Kiniki sizing

I have never ordered from Kiniki and am asking for guidance on sizing! Their size chart wants your waist size but you don't wear the suits on the waist. I am slim build and wear size 30 pants in the UW. I wear a 34 in speedo and sportii. Any help?
Thanks!

I have only bought from Kiniki once, their sizing seemed quite accurate.
They are a British company that traditionally made their own products in the UK, their sizing seems to adhere to British size standards. When you buy from asian manufacturers expect minimal sizing.

I would tend to go small if I were you . I guess if you want to buy swimwear from kiniki you want it looking small and minimal . Maybe if it is for all day underwear comfort go medium . Regardless they will change if you are not happy .
