If that were Brighton, East Sussex. UK then they might be taking part in the annual naked bike ride.
Not been on it but many wear something minimal rather than going naked the whole time.
Have heard that it goes through the town centre.
Even the Police rode bikes.

Different pic with black speedos. Guy at the end this time has printed at the front what looks like US Army (which would account for all the dog tags being worn). Yellow logo on bums but not enough to see to work it out.

In the background of the photo is a "The Sport of Fitness" advert from Reebok, am not sure if that campaign has come out over here. Do the road markings look left or right hand drive?

The first photo looks like it might be for some sort of publicity or advertising campaign. Aussiebum has done things like this, but those suits don't look like aussiebums. I'm inclined to think the photos are USA, not GB.

....inclined to agree. Need a few more background clues but was it not AussieBum who sent a gang of handsome and almost naked guys to do little exhibitions and promote their new underwear lines in big stores a while back ?

I'm thinking San Francisco. Bright wide street, sunshine, older building, all say San Francisco. The one picture has parts of a sign showing. Looks like it might have something to do with fitness. Part of that word showing. This may be part of an campaign for members. Just a guess.

Maybe decked out for a mass run, something like the Bay to Breakers run in San Francisco?

I couldn't tell you exactly what they are posing for in this photo. Possibly club promotion stuff, but that doesn't explain the camelbaks. I recognize one of the ones in the middle of the original photo from a club I've been to so I'm certain this is either something in a major NJ city or NYC.
