Rebooting the Challenge for 2023
Each month through 2023 there will be a different colour as shown below. In January the colour is black so if your swim suit is 100% black you will score 5 points, if 20% black 1 point, you judge.

March Grey or Brown
April Royal Blue
May Light Blue or Turquoise
June Orange
July Yellow
August White
September Pink or Burgundy
October Green
November Purple
December Red

You may enter swim thongs, swim bikinins, swim briefs, swim square cuts, swim sungas, and swim jammers.

You also score for the location you wear your swimsuit:
5 Points: Busy Public Pool or main town beach
4 Points: Quiet Public pool or Quiet Beach
3 Points: Private pool or isolated beach,front garden washing the car or . mowing the lawn
2 Points: Back garden sunbathing or gardening.
1 Point: In your home shower, in bed or as underwear

You can wear the same swimsuit in 3 locations in one month and get one score for colour and 3 location scores; eg in Jan your wear plain black speedos for 5 points, in a busy public pool for 5 points, on a quiet beach 4 points and in the shower at home 1 point, total 15 points.

You may wear as many swimsuits in the colour of the month as you like and score points for each suit.
A multicoloured swimsuit may be worn in several different months.
A grey and brown or a pink and burgundy swimsuit counts as 2 swimsuits in the same month and may be worn up to 6 times.
(I've never seen a pink and burgundy swimsuit).

You must declare each swimsuit in the appropriate section on the swimsuitboard, describing the swimsuit while claiming and keeping tally of your own points. Photos and gifs of you in your swimsuits or links to where you bought them welcome.

Lets see who gets the big scores while remembering that this is all for fun.

My Mategear flat front suit at crowded Riis park Beach, 5 points

Koalaswim Neoprene Skin Diver Bikini. I wear it at crowded beaches, but only have a backyard photo, 2 points

Aussiebum black Classic, Ergowear black Feel bikini and Ergowear black X4D swim thong. All at main town beach. Fifteen more points.

January complete. Aronik, Speedo Endurance, Aussiebum, Kiniki Andre worn in busy public pool; swim thong at home = 21 points. Unfortunately, the cold time of year curtailed the latter.

Nice classic suit well worn.
The original concept of the Colour of the Month Challenge was to lure men away from uniform black and navy speedos and bring bright colours back to swimming in briefs. Your royal blue Speedos say everything this challenge is about, well done!

Went to the beach at last, it was sunny but cold with an East wind blowing, wore a pair of Desmiit in light blue. A few years old now so not the same colour as in the pics.

Finally the sun is warm and the wind has dropped, went back to Fairlight beach nr Hastings and wore orange Brave Person bikini briefs and orange and white Addicted swim briefs. These Addicted briefs are the real thing made in Barcelona in Spain, the pouch gives more space at the front, I rather like what Addicted have been doing.
Brave Person swim briefs and thongs are rather minimal, they are unlined and made of a thin Lycra fabric, if you like skin tight and body formed go for them.

I swam in a black bikini today, but i did change into orange bikini panties in the locker room today..
