I just finished cutting the lawn (going to be over 100F today) and so I took a selfie wearing my Prevail Sport Rio microkini.

I turned 60 recently and still weigh just the same as when I was 17 (quite tall and skinny).

Funny thing though in attempting to take a selfie of my microkini it wasn't easy with my quite large man boobs (moobs) since when I am standing up I really can't see down at it without leaning way forward. My moobs kept blocking my first attempts. I was finally able to get a decent photo by holding the camera far out while leaning foward. LOL!

Did you actually cut the lawn in that suit?
You must live on a street with very little traffic.
Although not that daring, I have considered cutting the lawn in my Speedo Solar, but never have as we live on a busy through street.

Glenda 07-07-2017 12:44 AM

Yes, I mowed the backyard wearing a microkini since it butts up against a moderate traffic street adjacent to a 6 foot high fence. I have never cut the front yard grass though wearing a Speedo.

Nice selfies! You look great in those briefs. I really like the last suit, the blue and yellow brief, it shows you so well

In response to the original post, I occasionally take a selfie while laying out. I had been sunning for quite a while then went for a walk when I took these selfies. (That's why there are some towel markings on my skin. :) )

Using a proper camera with a delayed action timer on a tripod will give better results than a phone camera in the mirror.
Sing Nellie the Elephant as the camera counts down from 10 to zero, it will allow you to know when the camera will go off and help relax you.
Be aware of what's in the background before you take a self pic, a plain wall is best indoors, never a toilet.
Outdoors the background may be an important part of the picture but check nothing weird is going on.
You may need to turn off autofocus and pre-set the distance on the camera, put a mark on the ground where you intend to stand.

Say Bluethong,,, what suit is that you have on. i like the cut. and i like the smooth fit.

Frog 08-22-2017 12:49 PM

Be careful about sheer rating when you buy AB swimsuit...
My sleet classic 1.5, when wet :D, and it is medium as sheer rating...
I can wear it at home... And that's all ! But I love it !

speedorob86 08-22-2017 04:00 PM

insanely sexy pic!

lapswimmer 08-22-2017 06:05 PM

That is quite see-thru. Does the front have a lining? or is that a stupid question? That might work as tan-thru, too.

Frog 08-22-2017 07:17 PM

There is a lining at the front, so it is much less see through, just a little, but you can see some details :D

Do you recognize this suit, MISPeedo? I am so glad I was able to buy it from you. I love it! Now, I just need to lose enough weight so I can wear it in public--far away from home!

Frog 08-23-2017 06:45 AM

Wet front view is much more conservative ;) :

Bede735 08-23-2017 03:01 PM

Funny how that's classed as a medium sheer rating. I have an AB Classic in royal blue, which is also 'medium' - but it darkens when wet, resulting in the opposite effect. I had no problems wearing it at a public pool last week.

Frog 08-23-2017 04:40 PM

Yes, I have the royal blue too and I wear it at the public pool.

MISpeedo 08-23-2017 06:35 PM

You are correct, less sheer from the front than from the back. The suit looks great on you and you wear it well. From the front I don't see a problem, it isn't too sheer; and while the back is a little sheer when wet, once dry it isn't a problem at all; even wet I think it is fine. Seeing their suits dry really fast I would wear it in places other than just your back yard. Maybe not at the kiddy's only pool, but at a public beach or pool for sure. It should not be an issue; at least in my opinion.

Swimmboy 08-27-2017 12:34 AM

Wow, Frog - I like that suit - and may I say you are looking really hot in it! I am guessing the front has a liner whereas the back does not? It is a bit sheer in the back but is otherwise fine, in my opinion. And please feel free to model any other suits you might have!

This is my favorite brand of suit (Andreas Chaling). I got 11 different colors. These are bodybuilding posing suits. They are not meant for swimming since they are not chlorine resistant. Besides, they are relatively brief, so I wouldn't wear them to a pool or beach anyways. I have them for either bodybuilding or taking photos and selfies in various poses. Usually the same pose with every color suit.

Here are 3 more colors. Same brand suit and same pose.
